TropOut delivers modern and holistic travel experiences for gay travellers in tropical paradises: stylish resorts, unique party venues, local culture and likeminded travellers. The elements of TropOut experiences are Chill, Party & Explore.
After a successful April 2016 debut event held in Thailand and attended by gay travellers from 21 different nations, TropOut is taking the Chill, Party & Explore concept to the idyllic South Pacific island of New Caledonia.
TropOut Koh Samui
TropOut Team is delighted to officially unveil our next stop: it’s time to say “Sawadee” to TropOut Koh Samui!
Scheduled from January 2-7 2018, TropOut will bring its ground-breaking luxury gay travel concept to the famous island paradise, known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, pumping night life, sumptuous dining and luxurious hospitality – all whilst delivering an authentic Thai experience.
With a range of 4 and 5 night packages, the event is set to be a huge hit with gay travellers from around the world given Koh Samui’s unmatched reputation as a secluded yet accessible location – a quick flight the hustle of downtown Bangkok.
TropOut’s hotel will be the magnificent Casa De Mar, ideally located on Chaweng Beach but within close walking distance of the famous night life and dining scene – offering the perfect opportunity for our guests to wholly embrace the TropOut mantra: “Chill, Party, Explore”.
TropOut Koh Samui will be the first of two events taking place in Thailand in 2018, with TropOut Phuket – launched last month – set to take place from April 15-22.
We are thrilled to be taking two festivals to Thailand in 2018. It’s such a gay-friendly country and offers something for everyone from the cuisine and culture, to the luxury hotels and party venues, all set among amazing sights and beautiful beaches,” he said. “This country has welcomed our guests with such open arms that we can’t wait for them to experience this truly special place.
The Chaweng area of Koh Samui is well-known for its relaxed holiday vibe with palm-fringed beaches, luxury boutique hotels and an endless array of bars and clubs and restaurants that dot the sand. With daily yoga classes and massages on offer, this will be an experience for the mind, body and soul.
“Koh Samui is the definition of ‘chilled’ – even the airport has a breezy and relaxed feel about it,’’ laughed Zoanetti. “But our guests know that a TropOut event means a certain level of luxury and service. We have a commitment to making sure everything is taken care of. We love delivering on that promise.”
Activities for the guests are headlined by a spectacular a boat cruise to Ko Phangan aboard a luxurious 95-foot yacht where afternoon swimming sessions will give way to the sounds of DJ beats filling the air, while the famous fiestas will include a Beach Party on the white sand of Chaweng and an exclusive Pool Party at KC Beach Club.
TropOut Koh Samui’s limited room capacity is sure to be snapped up given it will also double up as the official “travel after party” of White Party Bangkok, Asia’s largest Gay New Year Festival, which will be held in Bangkok over the New Year Period.
